Seminar: 3 June 2009: Australia and the Future of Copyright: proposals for new approaches
An overview of the Copyright Act 1968 in the national, regional and international contexts, together with analysis of current issues, including those in relation to use of copyright material on the internet, and proposals regarding global internet licensing, a legislative solution in respect of the use of orphan works and other orphan material and the formation of the Asian Pacific Copyright Association.
