A Proposed Constitutional Amendment

The CSA Management Committee has resolved to seek approval from CSA Members to amend the CSA Constitution to introduce a rolling 12-month membership period commencing at the date you join or renew your CSA membership, which shall replace membership based on the calendar year.  This means that your membership will continue for the full 12 months from the date of renewal, rather than terminate on 31 December of each year.  You will receive a membership renewal notice prior to the expiration of your membership.

What members need to do
The CSA Constitution may be amended by resolution passed by a two thirds majority of financial members voting at a Special General Meeting (Rule 35).

If you are unable to attend the Special General Meeting and you support the resolution, please complete the Proxy Form at your earliest convenience by signing, scanning and emailing a copy back to us, OR filling and signing it electronically.
